I think this rumor is quite similar to the ones that used to go around during the Spice Girls' heyday. I recall that there was a rumor that circulated about Posh Spice (Victoria Adams-Beckham) being transexual. Well, that was proven false when she gave birth to a lovely boy.
I doubt Nicole is a transexual. Perhaps, this is just some sort of black propaganda. After all, she's enjoying the limelight and she's half Filipina and German. So some might bitter since she bag quite a lot of American awards.

What? How can you ask that? She is obviously a woman. Nicole and Melody are the only ones that look good. The only ones that look like women. But Carmit, Kimberly, Ashley, and Jessica do look like they are transsexual.

I highly doubt it. But stranger things have happened. There's certainly nothing about her appearance or biography that suggests she used to be a man.
