Please help, does anyone know what style of dress that she wears in the video (the part when she portrays a man and a woman)...It's for a special occassion and I really like it...Thanks!

The "style" of dress is a pleated babydoll with empire waist. The "brand" is probably a famous designer. I know that the shoes are Yves St. Laurent so the dress is probably also expensive. I don't know who makes it but here is a slightly similar dress in black (the straps and bodice are different though). It's by Kiki de Montparnasse so it probably runs $500-600.

Your best bet is to print out a screen shot from Ciara's video, take it to a department store like Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus or Saks, and have a sales associate help you find a similar dress.
