I've read countless other questions and i know the response i'll most likely get is go see a dr. but i'm still going to say it anyway.
My boyfriend and I have been dating a long time we are engaged and have been have sex for a while. We usually use condoms but the last couple of times hes just pulled out. Being pregnent would not be a bad thing in our relationship, but at the same time it wasn't something i was thinking about right now at all.
My last period was 3 weeks late, i have had a tightening in my stomach, and i've been tired, gotten frequent headaches and back aches, and have started getting some acne on my face and chest.
At the same time i also just had the flu so i have been a bit stressed. I never would have even equated these things to pregency if, this may sound foolish, ... I had several dreams about being pregnent. I'm not the type to believe what i dream to be true.
Do i have just cause to believe that i am or am i just hopeful now because of a silly dream?

I would never abort the baby. We are both older and with steady jobs. A baby would bring great joy to me and my husband to be. I didn't mean to make it sound like i did not want a child.

If you have been having unprotected sex then there is always a possibility that you could be pregnant. I would pop to the shop and buy a pregnancy test just to put your mind at rest one way or the other.
Good Luck.

Yes you can get pregnant using the pull out method, although the symptoms you describe are not symptoms of early pregnancy.
Tightening of the stomache doesn't happen till at least 3 months, I am four months andmy stomache still is not tight.
Dreaming about being pregnant doesn't count either..
The first thing you normally notice is enlarged and super sensitive breasts, your period does not arrive, and after about 5 to 6 weeks pergnant nausia for some women only.. Apart from that the other symptoms dont really kick in till about 6 to 8 weeks pregas.
Your period being late could be caused by a number of things, stress, change in diet, hormonal problems, ovarial problems, there are so many... Really your only choice is to go to a doctor and get a HCG blood test (better and more acurate than urine tests) You still have to be over 2 weeks pregnant for it to show up properly
Best of luck I hope it all turns out like you wish
Hugs

Could I be pregnant?Answer:
A missed period (amenorrhea) in someone who has always had regular periods is often the first sign of pregnancy. It sometimes takes several days beyond the missed period before the home pregnancy test becomes positive, so you may want to repeat it. Your doctor could also do a blood hCG hormone test, which is more reliable and becomes positive about 10 or so days after ovulation.
If you are not pregnant, you may want to check for ovulation in your next cycle. The No. 1 reason for missing your period without pregnancy is when you did not ovulate (anovulation). If you look in your next cycle for fertility signs, you will find out pretty quickly whether you ovulated. That will help in figuring out what happened if you miss your period the next time.

You could be pregnant. Anytime you have unprotected sex you run the risk. Stress could have also caused the delayed period. Go to the store and buy a home pregnancy test and then go from there.
Good luck!

the easiest way to tell is to do a home pregnacy test...my first symptoms when I fell pregnant were sore nipples, extreme tiredness, nausea, emotional and a bit forgetful. You need to find out soon so you can start looking after yourself correctly.

Honestly, anything is possible. Have you tried taking a home pregnancy test? it might be a good first step before just talking to your doctor.
