I had a laminate countertop that I got paint on, I tried bleaching it and the countertop turned yellow. I sprayed goof off cleaner on and wiped it off, the yellow went away as well as the stain. I was surprised. It was a last resort attempt but it worked. So try that.
Laminate countertops are tricky when trying to get stains off or repairing it. The reason is the countertop is actually around 5 or more layers of paper covered with a clear coat so if you clean it with bleach too much or harsh cleaners on a regular basis, in time the cleaners will eat a hole through the material exposing the wood underneath. I had a client who did this, I didn't believe it until I saw it. So be sure, if you use the cleaners make sure you follow up with plain warm water to remove the residue of the chemicals.
If you have a solid surface countertop such as Corian Bleach should be able to get it out because it is a non porous surface and stains only stay on the surface.
If you have granite countertops and the stains are in the stone, then you need to seek professional help. Once a stone absorbs a liquid it is very difficult to get out, however, there are some professional services that do specialize in this repair. The best way to find them is to contact granite suppliers.

For fast cleanups around the kitchen, keep two recycled spray bottles filled with these vinegar-based solutions:
For glass, stainless steel, and plastic laminate surfaces, fill your spray bottle with 2 parts water, 1 part distilled white vinegar, and a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid.

For cleaning walls and other painted surfaces, mix up 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1 cup ammonia, and 1/4 cup baking soda in 1 gallon (3.7 liters) water and pour some into a spray bottle. Spritz it on spots and stains whenever needed and wipe off with a clean towel.

whilst spills take place, circulate to the bathing room and grab a can of shaving cream. Squirt It on the spot then rinse off with water. Carpet Shampoo Recipe one million/2 cup Liquid Tide one million/4 cup Clorox-2 one million/4 cup Vinegar (WHITE) (in case you have a foul scent use one million/2 cup) upload this to one million - gallon of warm water in device. in case you are able to desire to pre-handle some components you are able to blend this in a sprig bottle and spray the area before you initiate. I additionally use low-fee shaving cream for pre-treating stains. in basic terms spray the froth on the stain and faucet it in the carpet with an old toothbrush. Then permit the shaving cream dry. I frequently try this the nighttime before when you consider that I could hire a device. That way i'm able to easily shampoo and get the device back in a well timed way. to bathe stains on a carpet: blend equivalent components of vinegar, lemon juice and salt. stable good fortune !
