Oh, my, YES! But then again, I am old. Ha! My body feels like it is 90. My mind and soul feel like I am 25. What a mess that makes! I'm raising 2 young grandsons, who I adopted and they keep me active and I am also raising a 6 year old grandson still and between running to Scouts, Karate, Soccer, Basketball, Little League or whatever sport is going on, I stay busy. YES! YES, my body feels old and sore, but my mind is young thanks to my boys.
