2 pair. 1 black, 1 silver. I use them for the fugitives I catch when out on a bounty.
Otherwise they just hang on the wall until I need them.

not only do I have handcuffs, but they are connected to the shackles by a chain. You know damn well what I would do with them.

Yes I do. I try to handcuff girls, but when they see the other girls handcuffed in my basement, they usually don't want to be handcuffed!
