time to make some monumental changes so that next birthday you will be a bit happier----are you exercising enough? Ever thought of joining a gym? or just running will get you motivated! How about food are you eating nutritious food and not too much! Drinking can also be investigated are you drinking enough! and not the mind bending stuff tea,water,health drinks but nothing with too much calories! Seriously consider what is happening to your body as you should be springing with joy as 25 is such a young adult age. Perhaps your mood was just a passing one but consider your life style as one can always improve even just a little.........

i'm scared. I used to think of being older skill having extra privileges, having extra relaxing, having extra freedom. it somewhat is in part real, yet then come the burdens, the dark truths of life, and only the final s***ty household projects.
