Earlier tonight I had to tuck my 11 year old boy in and explain why momma left us.crying still,just trying to escape a little.

A couple of days ago after I saw on the news about a 4 year old child being taken away by child protection because he was extremely malnourished and only weighed 22 pounds. The father is in jail and probably won't be getting out soon unless he can come up with 250,000 bail.

September 11, 2001 when my Dad came home safe. We split a bottle of Wild Turkey and cried like babies together. I'll never forget it-nor should you.

I watched the ending of West Side Story a couple of weeks ago, and was crying like an idiot. I can't cry about things that I should be, but I was able to cry over that.

My daughter fell off of her bike on the weekend and banged herself up pretty bad.
She was crying and I was trying to patch her up, but I was crying too.
She's fine, I bribed her not to cry with loose change. She ended up with over $5.00 so we were both happy in the end.
