I can't imagine guys saying "you're funny" to each other. But I could see that girls tend to say this more to guys. Does it mean the guy is lame? Flirting? eh?

it is a polite way of saying that they are not interested in you as a lover

It is one of two things.
1) You told a good joke and she likes your sense of humour.
2) The most out of me you will get is a friendship.

it means that you have a 30% chance of getting in their pants.

You need to add something to "funny," cause that, by itself, is one step in the direction of "You're nice" and then to the dreaded, "You're like a brother to me."

So you need to do something fast!

Next time you see that girl, you should try to NOT be fiunny, but try to be cool, instead, so in her mind, she adds "funny" to "cool."

Then you have a 70% chance of hitting that.

I think you see how it works.
