Depending on where you sending from. Normally wire thru banks.
By the way Margarit, my maid has been sending $$ to the Philippines using the service provided by POSB. They are only charging something like $4.20 per transaction.

depends where you are. but in most cases you cand send it thru banks. all you need is your friends bank account no and name of bank.
