***READ THIS*** Pay your bill in person and while your paying your bill pull out a stringy boogy and FLICK IT ON THE CASHIER THEN BLOW YOUR NOSE WITH THE MONEY TO PAY YOUR BILL AND GIVE IT TO THEM.

Wipe boogers on the check you pay it with. That way you can have the best of both worlds. And maybe they can play with your boogers as well.

IMPORTANT!
Pay it before it is discounted otherwise you will have to not only have to come up with the original payment due but will also have to pay to have the electricity connected again and the electric company may make you pay more money on deposit before they will even agree to hook the electricity back up.
If you don't have the money to pay and don't have any friends or relatives to borrow from, go to the Salvation Army with the disconnection notice to see if they can help, if they can't help ask for a note stating that they can't help.
Then take that note to the county Trustee's office to ask for help. The Trustees office will ask for proof that you had first gone to the Salvation Army for help.

Blow your nose on the bill and then pay it. Then once you pay it, pull a long bloody booger out of your nose and flick it at the person you pay it to.

Eat boogers and fling them at the light man/woman who comes to disconnect the electricity. Get a mad dog or a mad cow and have the dis-connector get mad too.

It is easy for people to talk when they are not in a persons shoes that work and can't afford their rent or electricity let alone eat well, for those of you that receive food stamps it's easy because food is paid by the worker that pays taxes for your food and cannot eat well themselves. Some of you have the time to comment on something so serious very ignorantly but just hope you are never in their shoes. Thanks for your concern for your fellow neighbors.

replacing gentle bulbs received't help with a $1789 electric powered bill. per chance in case you at the prompt are not operating, you won't be able to have the funds for electricity. possibly you want to rework to timber warmth, do without aircon, and purchase some ice to save your foodstuff cool. Going to sleep at the same time as the solar instruments helps shrink the favor for man made gentle.
