you cant they will allways be there even though you cant see them they will allways be there they are microscopic! your skin flakes off all the time and they feed of your dead skin but dont worry they cant hurt you!!! i thought id just tell you this whilst we are on the subject. did you know in a lifetime on average most people swallow 12 spiders in there sleep!!! through there life!!!! thats a fact! ENJOY!!!!!

Bed bugs can easily be rid of and not ever come back. Simply buy a plastic zip up covering for your matress and one also for each pillow. They live in the matress and pillow.
Now mites, which I do believe the other above write is refering to, do live off of dead skin and are harmless, unless you have a respretory problem, but an enclosed matress and routine washing of the sheets and pillow cases controls those quite well.
Bed bugs, as you know, live off of human blood and are dangerous to people with their infectious bites which swell and become infected.

Call the pest control people to disinfect the house, furniture, floor, walls in and around. Dry clean carpets and costly linens and clothes.

burn all the sheets, blankets, rugs and mattresses, disinfect the room and buy everything new.
