which specialisation is best in MBA?

I am vaishnavi, B.Pharm graduate. Now I would like to do MBA ,please ask me which specialisation is best in MBA?

Marketing vll be the best option for B.pharm graduate and the oppurtunities are also high. I have no idea about ur interest in Mktg., as gals usually hesitate to opt this course. One cld have a quick career growth if they r open to accept the challenge in mktg. field, this area usually requires lot of travelling probably in the same place but sometimes in other places also. You can even earn huge incentives larger than ur salary.

The second option cums HR, there is a tough competition. But the role won't b v.complicated as it invovles vth Recruitmens, Administration activities, Appraisals, Employee pay and benefits etc. stuff.

There vll b dual specialiation wherein u can choose HR & Mktg simultaneously. Information System is also in g8 demand (gather information even on this).

Jot down the best and worst things in the discussed professions, compare it vth ur ability and choose the appropriate one.

Given your prior exp./education, marketing suits the best however if you need to decide on major & minor then you can opt for major in Mktg. with HR or Mktg. with Operations. The choice ultimately has to be based on your interest in subjects.
