he likes me too...but has never asked me out...maybe he thinks i'll complain to his mother(my teacher),i don't know what to do as i see him only during my tuitons.

Baby you are budding to youth, still there is lot of time for this things. You will get what you want actually but wait for the time. Study good and score goodmarks to get fame there will be thousands of such boys for you.
At this age if you get in to, you are surely going to harm your studies and future career. There are thousands of hawks sitting every where and you may just become victim of sex and loose lot many things in life.
Your body and each part of it is to be utilised properly and timely if you start using now then your future life may become bored and dull.

go and just ask him "do u like me or not "?if not move on if yes ask him"why haven't ask me out"? . if he says becaues u are a student of his mother. tell him to go and ask his mother if is ok .that is what i do girl.
