Ronaldo all the way ! ! ! BECAUSE :
1. He is much more swift and quick footed !
2. He is much taller than that lizard boy ! !
3. He is much much better at tricks and fooling defenders !
4. His shot power and accuracy is far better ! !
5. His attitude towerds football is very posetive ! !
Sorry I gave 5 points , but the fifth one is the most important not only in football but in any thing you do ! !

Ronaldo. He has more speed, more agility, and better technique. Ronaldo can create his shot, where Rooney has to be given the ball. I know Ronaldo can be a bit selfish, but Rooney is a bit hot headed and lets that affect his play. I think Ronaldo could develop into one of the best of our time if he would open himself up to being coached. They are both good players who still have a long way to go though.

ronaldo i think rooney is very average and over rated to be honist and i don t think he has done much to merit his boy wonder tag.
But as for Ronaldo he has come through all the boos and jeers since the world cup a better player if he can learn to stay on his feet he will be a quality player and a legend

They're different types of players... but if things were going wrong, I'd go gor Ronaldo, he usually tips the scale. He creates opportunities... whereas Rooney usually waits for the perfect pass or a lucky break.

Well, I think Roony is a better footballer! I think he plays fairly, where as C Ronaldo does not. Plus, Roony is a selfless player, and tries to set up goals/attacks as well as score himself. I also admire Roony's ability to shoot from long range, with tremendous power, and stunning accuracy!

they are both good but if your looking for power I'd go with Rooney but, C. Ronaldo is a better football player. if i will choose who is better it would be Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mr roon was a good footballer but his talent went out the window when he left us (everton) for the manks because of the money.
Ronaldo is ok
But for me to pick anyone out of the whole world to play for my team it would be (sorry to say) steven gerrard.
His work rate is amazing and plays for the passion.
He makes a team and as great skill who can play anywhere on the pitch. Can anyone else do that? Dont think so.
