Hey you will have to work on your english a little more but I know how difficult learning all those languages must be. Do you mean "speak before we think about it?" or "say before we think about it? The "sth" has some confused I bet before anyone makes fun of it, ask how many languages they know at 17?? Anyway....that is a good question and many people try to master the ability to formulate their thoughts into words before they speak them, however, the majority of people just blurt out their thoughts and can be abusive or sound rediculous...now a comedian like Robin Williams is very talented in the fact that his mind is working as fast as his mouth and he can use that talent to make people amused and laugh.
