Yes. This is normal. This feeling is obviously new to you so your probably a teen, right? Don't be ashamed of feeling this way, okay. And don't be ashamed to touch yourself. It's not wrong or sinful. It's only wrong if you do this and more with somebody before being in a committed relationship(engaged or married). Respect yourself.
