Yep. When my mother died, I was far from home. When I finally got there I found both sides of my family packing up all of my mother's things and they were even in my room taking things off my walls and just in my room in general because my mom had made them. They wouldn't even let me have pictures of just me and her. Family can be the worst thieves.

Yes ... Have an Ex from now approximately a decade and half AFTER the Divorce that Burglarized my HOME in August 2006 (and damaged the home too). This was NOT the first time this violent, abusive sociopath (from the short disaster of a marriage) committed a Burglary or theft of my property ....

That sucks that that happened to you, and to answer your question, yes. My aunt stole $100 from my sock drawer when I was 9. My mother paid me back the money when she found out it was stolen and that I hadn't lost it, but It still bothers me. What kind of person steals money from a 9 year old?

2 days before X-mas some one stole my wallet... For the first time ever I was actually carrying cash in it, because I was doing my last minute shopping. Christmas was almost ruined. But some really nice stranger came up to me in the store and offered to buy all my X-mas stuff. I have no idea who he was but he sure saved Christmas for my daughter.
I now completely believe in Carma.

A guest that was staying in our home for a couple of months stole several items; one, an antique (100 years+). We didn't notice them until after they had gone home. No good deed goes unpunished, right? It has taken 10 years, but we have finally recovered all items that we know about.

While I was at school, my friend was supposed to watch my backpack and I thought that she would stay until I came back. She didn't and when I came back to my locker (my backpack didn't fit in my locker) she wasn't there. My backpack was gone, but later in the afternoon my friend KT found the backpack upstairs. I was relieved until I found out my jacket was stolen and my cell phone was missing. So yes, I have had something stolen from me.

I had a absolutely cracking sportbike get stolen while I was at work. It was the ULTIMATE cool bike and I loved it dearly.
The irony... I was working at the Police Department when that no-goodnik stole it!
I just about broke my neck looking for it until the idiot whole stole it got scared when he found out who he had stolen it from and burned it to get rid of fingerprints.
I was sick when I saw it burned and charred.

Yes, someone once broke into our motel room, and stole all our stuff, including my french perfume, and my sons new school shoes. They also took my bank book, and withdrew all my money, but I'de cancelled it, so the bank had to take the loss.
