Is there like a form u can fill out? under what conditions do they replace ur ipod with a new one?
my ipod won't turn off easily now, do u think they can fix it?
and my battery dies after about an hour of videos. is that normal?

sorry guys, i live in canada, and there are like...2 apple stores, and both of them are across the country from where i live.
also i bought my ipod in the US, and my warranty expires in a month

Goto the site below. It'll help you with Apple's return policy. Why not return it to the retailer you bought it from?

Easy option is to Re-Package it, with ALL documentation and return to an Apple Retail Store (In Person).
They are Very friendly and Helpful when it comes to iPod related Issues!!

Apple is pretty good with their customer service. I'm sure if you contact them they can probably have you ship it to them and replace it with a new one. They've replaced two of my ipods so far with no hassle because they couldn't fix it.

If I were you, I would also purchase a program called Tune Transfer that transfers all your music/videos from your ipod to your pc in a matter of seconds. (In case you don't already have your files saved on your computer)

Take it to an Apple store. No, the battery should last much much longer. Usually its a year before the free warenty goes bye bye. You better hurry.
