No. Plasma is a totally different substance. ( I think...) Since a black hole sucks anything and everything in, the hole itself would not be made of anything. The visible part is called the accretion disk and it is composed of super-hot gasses and other matter. There has been speculation on whether black holes end in other universes or whether they end in "white holes". that spew matter. There is a substance that scientists are investigating called " dark matter" that supposedly makes up the universe.

No the material in a black whole is a newly discovered kind of Gas or Oxiden as some may call it. Scientists call it "The Dissolving Gas" meaning it disolves anything that it touchs. Regular people generally call it something to have been believed to be in the future called "Dark Matter Energy". People say when you are going in to a black hole that you either A. Come out on another Galaxy or B. Just fall in to nothingness and never come back. Well what actually happens is that you disolve into it because believe it or not it is not a "hole" per say it is just a circle of gas in the universe.
