LoL! This happened to me too! Ask a couple of questions, and then go and get some more points by voting for best answer on questions that are only open for voting. Get those points any way you can!!!

Asking Qs is a good start. How about catching up on some sleep? And if that's not an option- play a computer game.
I understand, it annoyed me the first time it happened to me.

just try to be more patient
dont worry try to vote for unresolved questions u will get 1 point for each vote
also answer alot of questions till ur limit
after that u will collect alot of points then move to level 3 then to 4 then to 5 and then u will have unlimited account for answer and ask questions

Or try to IM someone if you're bored.
