It's supposed to be London with the vowels taken out.
She hasn't noticed she took out an N as well.

Yeah it's London. I was wondering the same thing until I watched her video clip skipping around London.
It's a pretty nice song.

it's a shortened version of london...similar to what you would use in a text message
