My sister (who even sleeps in her bra) told me this, but I think the opposite is true. Which is Which?

She claims the reason why those "National Geograhic Women", (you know, the ones that live in the jungle, the wild, whatever you want to call it) have saggy boobs all the time is because they never wear a bra.

I hate wearing a bra, and she tells me that if I continue to go braless, "nature will catch up with me a lot sooner". Is there any truth to this?

Modesty is not an issue here so just answer the Q please.

Your breasts will sag whether or not you wear a bra. Wearing a bra will maintain proper support and help with back pain. While wearing a bra may slow the effects of aging the fact that they will one day sag is inevitable. You shouldn't wear one to bed though that restricts lymphatic flow and has been linked to an increased risk for breast cancer.

Women who have been fluctuated in weight, been pregnant or have breastfed tend to get saggy boobs.

Hell yeah. Mine are plenty saggier than whilst i became youthful. of direction i placed on a 36 D and im 24. yet i placed on a bra everywhere yet mattress. the floor and tendons on the breasts sag with age no count number what. A bra helps keep them from putting and stretching the floor and tendons. it extremely is why people placed on bras.

It is not true. When you get old, your boobs will sag itself.

Your breasts will eventually begin to sag regardless of whether or not you wear a bra. You can thank good old gravity for that.
