it's a spam. you can not win any promo, etc. if you did not join...you sound like you're not expecting it..so don't believe. hit spam button if you don't want to be fooled again.

sounds like a SCAM i punch it in my google search engine and there is a lot of people being scammed by it . if it says you won a lottery and there is a UK phone number WATCH OUT BE VERY CAREFUL. try it your self type it into google and see there answers ok hope this helps you
