Yes, They have said that there is something to be announced, but they have to go through legal procedure first. They said this after the test came back from the lab. I assume that it must be because of drug interractions.

She had died of pneumonia (that’s what I read although I cant remember the real source). If you go google search and type “Anna Nicole Smith’s death” you will be able to find it.

im not sure but i think she took 3 drugs, and they reacted to each other or something, and she got an overdose
