white raised bumps on back?

hey all. well me and my twin sis have these white raised bumps on our back...they are not white heads. they range in size and are barely raised up.theres tons of them and we do suffer from bacne. what are they? theres nothing in them like pus....nothing at all. any ideas?

maybe they are the start of little sebaceous cysts, go to your Doctor and he will ease your mind by giving you a diagnosis or/and solution, it probably isn't as bad as you think it is
