I'mm looking for a FREE software that creates thumbnails and allows me to link each one to a different url.

Any suggestions??? In other words a thumbnail creator that IS NOT just for photo galleries. I need to be able to publish it within my exisitng website that I've created.

Making your own shouldn't be too hard...some simple HTML.
