it depends if u have a teeth which is going to fall off it would be easy to pull it off compared to a healthy hair which would slip out your hand.but in the otherhand if u have a long (and weak) hair it would be more easyier to pull that off compared to a well mantained tooth.

It all depends on the circumstances. IF the tooth is not already loose, then hair is definately easier to pull OUT. But if you are asking about a full head of hair, then a tooth is a bit easier to pull.
