i am really sorry to ask such question but its very important to understand the meaning of this advice i have got from my girl friend.i want to know if this is true that"if you are looking for one fool you will get ten".is this true any body has experienced the same in life.

Yes Rex.....it is true. However; on the other hand if you are looking for a wise man you will find ten of them as well.
You always get what you look for. If you are looking for the worst of the Bible you find reams of horror stories. Yet if you are looking for the good in the Bible you will not only find that, but you will find a good explanation for every horror in the Bible.
If you want to find the evil in the Koran it is a simple matter of looking for it. Again if you look for the good in that book you will find it as well, more than the evil you searched for.
"If you are looking for one fool you will get ten"
That is a wise proverb, and should be paid attention to; because it will steer you away from the troubles of fools, and knaves.
With that direction it is quite possible you will bump into wise people in you're quest to steer clear of the fools.
You're girlfriend is a wise woman, that's something a fool would walk away from.
Do you understand that?
She's a keeper, if she will allow you to.

Basically, if you have a need, you search for it. You search for any thing and you should be able to get it some how, some where at some time. There is a mixture of every thing good, bad, neutral every where, in every thing. Human beings too have a varying proportion of it. Your friend is correct in saying look for one fool and you will get ten ie. implying many. It will be foolish to search for fools around or for us to fool around. There is a lot of more positive things to do.There is no dearth of experiences and examples. We may find ourselves in the list.
