You gonna need:
Computer
Installed soft for your phone(the one that allows you to transfer files to your phone and back)
USB Bluetooth Adapter for your computer
And phone with bluetooth
And now how its done:
1 Insert usb adapter into computer
2 Start up your phone software on your computer
3 Go to Tool>Setting>Connection>Bluetooth....and then depending on the phone will give option: Turn on bluetooth or something like that
4 THen take song that you want to transfer and use your software to trasfer it.
Bluetooth with transfer the song automatically to your phone.
And you good to go :)

It depends on your phone, but usually you can.
What you are looking for is called the Obex(object exchange) bluetooth stack. you may also have other options depending on the phone.
Some phones are locked(like verizons phones) and dont allow you to use this feature so a mod is required. check here for your phone type and plenty of info on other cool things for your phone.

buy a bluetooth adapter.. should have some at walmart for like 25 bucks ... the adapter is this little thingy u plug into the usb port on ur comp.... it comes with software (CD) u can install into ur comp and with the software u can send songs to ur phone
