Hey whats wrong with not following the crowd and not liking some powderpuff the mass media spits out of their muzzles every day at an Uzi-like rate? I mean doesent someone have to like the old time entertainers of yesterday?Hey I've even gotten threats for not liking certain performers. So folks what do you think? Is it peer pressure or is our society a slave of pop culture?

Yes, mindless slaves just following everything that's "hot". I'm grown. I will like or dislike whoever or whatever I want.

I'll take Louie Armstrong anyday..now there was a celebrity!
I like Chritina Aguilera now..she will mature and her voice will blossom with age. I would like to see her sing more jazz standards. The Back To Basics album was a great concept. She's got a great voice.

answer to main question, I have no clue why they would be shocked. There are many celebs I don't approve of. And who knows maybe if they knew me they wouldn't approve. Not that I would care.

Well I don't i don't really like the lives of the rich and famous they got too many problems and they are RICH!!!
