I have freckles myself, ive tried pretty much everything except for bleaching and laser therapy to remove them as i am so insecure about them. Here are a list of things that i have tested and in the process failed:
Lemon Juice.
Sour Milk.
Cucumber Juice.
Completley avoiding all sunlight for almost two years now
Wearing SPF 50 from the months of march to around about november.
Eating foods good for your skin such as fish, chicken, fruit etc
Tried taking Cod Liver Oil which is supposed to be very good for your skin (helped me not have spots at least!).
Drank more than 8 pints of water a day.
You name it ive tried it all except for bleaching and laser therapy which i personally will never take the risk of doing.
Although i do have a small light at the end of the tunnel, i have been using this cream especially made to remove and lighten freckles. It is supposed to show signs of working within 6 months, even though i have to say they are very small signs. The cream is called Fade Out, search for it in google or go to your local superdrug store (UK,for around 6pound) as they always have them in stock. It is supposed to change the melain in your skin so that your skin is not as sensitive in the sun as it used to be, while the cream protects your skin as it is also a sunscreen. All you need to do is apply it morning and night every day, even though you will probably have to keep purchasing them. I normally go through 1 tub every 2 months. After using it for 18months and sticking to routines such as staying out the sun and drinking plently of water, many people say that my freckles are completley gone (at least until they notice 12 freckles which are now tiny faded ones spread out on my face, sounds a lot better from having one near enough every mm of my face 18 months ago anyway). Good look with that, and let me know what you intend to do. Shaun.

Freckles are caused by excessive exposure to sun or if you have an oily skin. There is no way to remove them but in future use a sun block cream when going out in the sun.

I think you can "bleach" them out, or make them lighter with lemon juice. But it's not an instant thing, so you might have to keep at it for a while.
I don't know why you would want to get rid of your freckles though....

Eat Anwala either as Jam or Achar or simply cooked as a vegetable. Do not eat salt or salty preprations when u are drinking Milk. Do not drink sugarless tea. It is better if u avoid tea and coffee.

its called genetics you cant reverse genetics for the most part. You can't just "get rid" of freckles....although you can put lemon just and scrubs on your face untill cows come home.
good luck and let me know how far you get.

Use a self-tanning cream for the face to 'blend them in'. I suggest a nice rosy blush or pale bronzer to go with it.
