Why should Bollywood movies be 'improved', as you call it, to meet the Hollywood standards? The Bollywood movies are made for Indian people whereas the Hollywood movies are made for the Western audience. However much we bow to globalization, the basic values and traditions of the Indian society will remain different from the West. So why should our films strive to achieve Hollywood standards?
Granted that Hollywood is far advanced with regard to the technique and special effects, but have you even noticed some of the sheer filth that is churned out by Hollywood every year in the name of movies? Most of the sci-fi and horror movies are nothing more than utterly disgusting blood and gore. You call that an improvement on Bollywood movies?
Of course Hollywood has produced some outstanding masterpieces in the field of motion cinema but so has Bollywood. Our films are not made for Western audiences so why should we follow them? And as for acting, many Hollywood actors suffer from a common ailment-a deadpan face and wooden acting. And music in the Hollywood movies? Don't make me laugh.
Overall, while there is plenty of scope for improvement in Bollywood, there is no need for us to progress with Hollywood as the high water mark.

Ofcourse, technically Bollywood movies are meeting with Hollywood movies viz. Photography, Music, Background Score and some other technical aspects but still I feel somewhere our movies are not as wonderful as foreign films are. Which dedication, honesty and boldness other western countries movies are showing that has not been implemented in India yet. Western movies has new ideas, visions, camera works and some fantastic effects whereas Indian movies are kinda pathetic and still moving on similar tracks. At the last, Indian movies are little bit improved technically but it will take almost 100 years to match quality with Hollywood movies.

As far as Technique is concern, yes, we can say that we are matched with them at some limit. But about other things like Music, we are better than them. Our music has a meaning, a sweet melody, but about Subject and Acting.......sorry dear Hollywood is always better than the best.......

No in case you think of roughly it. Harry Potter 7 would be out in 2009 and that being the tip of a saga will out sell Transformers2. it rather is a foregone end. Harry Potter 6 will pop out quickly and that isn't as efficient using fact the #7 inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it will make a large style of money nonetheless. meanwhile "Twilight" is interior the works and that's construction a cyber objective audience as we style. You kinda have yo assume Transformers 2 to be like Spiderman 2 or Xmen 2, no longer necessarilly the massive gate , in line with be responsive to mouth from early visitors to hold the action picture forward. If the early returns are stable then the gate might desire to be huge. yet, i might say no using fact conclusions make massive money like massive call Wars 3, Matrix 3, and LOTR 3. Harry Potter 7 must be no exception.

Bollywood has improved much in copying Hollywood style but the Indian junta will not wholly accept Hollywood style in Hindi films.
Indian people love their Bollywood the way it is...

Bollywood is entirely different from Hollywood. but, they are trying to make bollywood as Hollywood. That's why all these problems are occurring. If the bollywood remains as itself, it wont be of much problematic.
