I need to first make some clarifications regarding our French friend who asked the question. The reason Frenchy knows so much about mental retardation is he did ride the short bus to school for almost 22 years. At that point once he was trained to fold pizza boxes he received his diploma. Now, why is that the brightest President in U.S. history, Jimmy Carter, will probably be known as the worst President. Followed only historically by the most well liked President, John F. Kennedy, Jr. Amazingly it was a former actor, Ronald Reagan who will likely go down as one of the most effective Presidents in the modern era.
Finally, why does a French guy even care about our President.

Actually I don't agree with that statement. Do you get what it is saying... it is saying that an idiot blundered up and did something really smart... meaning that the Iraqi War will turn out to be a good thing.
I am of the thought the Iraqi War, no matter if it results in a complete democractized Middle East, will always have been created on evil means. The means will never justify the end here because the means cost the lives of 100,000s of innocent Iraqis...

As much as I like to hear all the nonsense this idiot president does, and all the times he puts his foot in his mouth, you really cant argue with the fact that hes been president for 6 years. That takes some kind of smarts there.
In 100 years I hope the record reflects this Bush is remembered as the cruelist, most corrupt impeached president of all time.
