yes u can an international liscense is just a translation of your liscense and since your liscense is in english no problem

Yes you can drive with your PI license. I believe you have either 10 or 30 days to get a California license AFTER becoming a resident. So if you are here for a year as a visitor, you are fine. My wife drove with her PI license and was fine. The DMV website info is linked below:

Yes you can use your drivers license because Philippine drivers license is acknowledged and has a courtesy driving worldwide for 3 months.

for US and canada, philippine license holders are allowed to drive for up to 3 months with their current ones. once that period is over and you still want to drive, you can get a special permit to drive for the duration of your stay.

my dad drove in california and nevada when we went there years ago with his philippine license. he even drove interstate. was able to rent a car with his license too.

when we moved to canada, he drove with his philippine license before he applied for a canadian one.
