I wanna upgrade my motherboard into something that has PCI express but I want to save and still use my regular PCI expansion card like my sound card that is only for regular PCI.

Sorry, I misread.
You can install it in a PCI slot, not a PCIe.

There will still be normal PCI slots on your new PCIe motherboard, but there will be less of them because the PCI x1 slots will take up some of the space where they used to put PCI slots.
