How about using FedEx to send them over? Heard that we can't send over Lithium batteries.

Yes.
When sendnig ANY form of electronics to or from the USA, you have to hand deliver it to customs for pre-clearance. I was shipping a modem to Italy and literally had to drive 4 hours to the Atlanta airport to have it pre-cleared...

Mobile phones can be validly sent to the US as long as these are properly documented and there will be no problem with Customs.

particular you are able to, any courier employer ( Like UPS, FedEx, DHL) will do it for you however the consignee has to declare the fee of the cellular and pay efficient household projects(if any). make optimistic with courier men, they permit you to be attentive to the quantity.
