I asked the same question a few weeks ago. Basically it's an ownership thing. Men of one race think that the women of their race are theirs and vice versa. Some try to say it's about slavery and how black slave women were raped but if that were true then the same black men would see white women as the women they were lynched for looking at and not want to date them either.
That's why these Arab guys here look at me and my sister, but get extremely upset when black men look at Arab women. My uncle went through the same situation with some Hispanics (and ended up in the hospital.)
Women do the same thing.

Well I don't think that problem only falls on Black men. I think you will find that issue with all races and sexes. It's just one more thing to gripe about for no good reason. Love and good companionship is hard enough to come by, with out having to stay in one race. So the next time a Black man starts talking junk about White men dating Black women. Just say don't hate me because I was smart enough to know a good thing when I saw it.

Black men want all of the women of every race to want them and if they see that their own women prefer their exact polar opposite it makes them feel inferior.

Throw a rock anywhere and you will hit a double standard that doesn't make sense, don't feed the madness, just do what you want.

Black men have a problem. They don't want us and they're pissed when someone else does.
