How reliable is the notification that you get when an ecard was viewed?

Can you get the notification and the other person did not even open it?

It's reliable. A person at that email address opened it.

I think it is reliable. Knowing that the person you sent it is the only one that receives a link or code to open the e-card. I've never had a problem with that.

I've never had a problem at all though I've sometimes had friends who forgot to tell me they saw it until I asked.
