Of course not. Children love to dress up and make believe and as long as by the time they are teenagers they are fully aware that they are not going to grow up to be superman, it is all just fun and games. People read too much into harmless fun and wasn't Mary Poppins guilty of using magic? Not too many people could say she was depicted as Satanic.

Let kids be kids as the real world is the scary place.

Some might be, but if you actually study most of it, you'll find parallels between fantasy and the real battle of good vs. evil. Lots of it is based on God, it's just hidden in the meaning, sometimes even subconsciously.

I think a lot of the fantasy stuff is marketed to parents who then advocate for their child to like this genre. It's all about the dollars.
