To remove cookies:
To start easily go to tools in Internet Explorer and click Delete Browser History and that should work.
If not, if you're using Windows go into My Computer then right click (C:) then Properties then click disc cleanup. That should clear your cookies and history.
If not then go into C:/Windows/Temp and delete the contents of Cookies, and History don't delete the folders.

To remove trackers:
And to remove tracking software try Spybot Search & Destroy or Windows Defender.

Most companies log all internet traffic that goes through the company server. As it passes through the server the username, password, computer used, time, websites visited, and email is logged. Removing it from your computer history does no good.

Also if they have a keylogger installed on your computer a hidden backup copy exists all your activity.

If you want to remove your browsing history from your computer, install CCleaner(free).
http://www.ccleaner.com/
Install options: Do not install toolbar or recycle bin options.
Ofter install: open CCleaner then open options

Under "Advanced" Uncheck "only delete files older than 48 hours"
Under "settings" check "Run CCleaner when computer starts.
Under "settings" check "Secure deletion" then select deletion method:

Simple Overwrite 1 Pass
DOD 5220.22-M 3 Pass
NSA 7 Pass

Run the following to find what deleted files are recoverable and erase them.

Go to Internet tools select delete temp files and that should do it. Also go to your tool bar and click history and delete that too.

I hope that helps.
