I know the delete cookies, files and history, but I believe I might have some tracking software hidden, as well.

Delete all .tmp and anything that looks like it should be deleted. In Windows this folder is C:\WINDOWS\Temp. You can try a program called evidence eliminator for a complete wipe that basically nobody can do manually.

Are u afraid/ frightened about your privacy of site search..have u visited some naughty/dirty/..unspeakable websites that make u to hide from others/authority in your company/ business. no need to clear.. allow others to keep track of your every search if u cann't delete those yourself..if u tell me which sites u have visited.. then i will tell u how to clear those ..but for now clear them from your mind first...
