As a member of the registration-set up team in the mortgage company, we received about 50+ loan files. All have to be disclosed the same day by 7 pm. The task is to process each file, retrieve data from the computer, complete the compliance checklist, and check flood and insurance policies. On the mid of these tasks, I may encounter compliance issues that need to be addressed, such as missing appraisals or flood insurance. I call account managers for action and notify them of the errors or request missing documents. If the errors haven’t been resolved before 2 pm we place the file on hold to be disclosed the next business day.
I initiated employee to employee recognition. I wrote a letter to my supervisor to recognize my co-worker’s performance, cooperation, willingness to train and answer other employee’s questions. While no one asks me to write such letter, I thought it a good idea to bring some encouragement and show us as one team

How about a revised version?

I am a member of the registration and set-up team for a mortgage company. We process over fifty loan files per day. We process each file by retrieving data from the computer, completing the compliance checklist, and checking for flood and insurance coverage. My job consists of resolving compliance issues such as missing or incorrect appraisal and insurance information by requesting missing documentation. I am also responsible for notification of account managers to make them aware of the issues affecting each file. Each file that has not been processed by 2 p.m. is placed on hold until the next business day. Files without errors or omissions are processed by 7 p.m. each day.

I have also initiated employee-to-employee recognition by writing a letter to my supervisor in recognition of my co-worker's job performance, cooperation, and willingness to train and answer other employees' questions. In this way, I hoped to show how we work together as a team, and to encourage good work among team members.

Okay. Hope this helps.

it's pretty good already..

During my term as member of the registration-set up team in the mortgage company, I received more than 50 loan files, and all files have to be disclosed the same day by 7 pm. The task is to process each file, retrieve data from the computer, complete the compliance checklist, and check flood and insurance policies. During these tasks, I would encounter compliance issues that need to be addressed, such as missing appraisals or flood insurance. I would call account managers for action and notify them of the errors or request for missing documents. If the errors haven’t been resolved before 2 pm, we would place the file on hold to be disclosed the next business day.

Aside from these, I have initiated employee to employee recognition and wrote letters to my supervisor to recognize my co-workers' performance, cooperation, willingness to train and answer other employees' questions. I would initiate writing such letters even if not told to do so, because I have always believed that it is a good idea to bring some encouragement and show us as one team.

Sure, I'll help you. What exactly do you want help with? Do you have a letter that you want somebody to proof read?
