for me its cats! they are nasty, smelly, and make the most annoying noises

Rats. They're so gross. I live in FL and there was recently an article in the paper about Miami.. they have 9 pound sewer rats. It really grosses me out.
If you want to go into bugs... Roaches are so disgusting. I get the creeps just thinking about it.

Well, that Koala off of The Wild is so UGLY! It is animated, though! I really like all animals, but like the first answer, I really do not like insects.
