I test drove a 2001 Chevy S-10 today. I forgot to ask if it is 4-cylinder or 6-cylinder. Do you know? When I drove it and hit the accelerator hard it seemed sluggish. Maybe because it was 4-cylinder? When I applied regular, smooth acceleration from a stop everything was good. Do you know the horsepower? Anything else you can say would be great. Thanks!

I used to own one, was 4 cylinder, was sluggish when hitting the accelerator. I had so many problems with it, worst truck I ever owned.

Ok just count how many spark plugs you have and that will tell you how many cylinders you have.
