if these are names from your culture or ethnic background then go for it,
if these are names that you just made up then NO!
I like Kianna, Instead of Noely I would just go with Noelle or Nayeli, and instead of Sadia I would spell it Satia, Yadira reminds me of mac dre/ e-40 and all those bay rappers (Yadidamean) I would go with Yanira...as for Meztli HATE IT!

Of those I like Kianna Noely, although I think Noely is cute as a first name also. We named our daughter Lana (pronounced La-nuh)

Unique is one thing but not weired how about not common ? Kianna is cute I have a Lilliana Marie & Priscilla Salina I love girl names that end with a for some reason

Kianna by itself is nice. I think a 'normal' middle name is nice if you want a unique first name.
