well i dunno about shapes lol, but i know with my daughter i had to use a nipple shield for flat nipples then when i had my son 14months later i didnt i guess because my nipples trainned themselves.

Yes the nipple gets bigger, darker, and pointier. The more children you have and over a long period of time.

the aureola becomes larger in a woman who has been pregnant. the breast tissue will look more floppy after pregnancy. breast feeding only slightly contributes to this.
