Physical death is simply a separation of one's soul/spirit from their physical body. Spiritual death, on the other hand, is a separation of one's soul/spirit from God. In the Garden of Eden when God told Adam and Eve that "in the day that they ate of the fruit they would surely die," this was a great example if spiritual death (as they were still alive physically), where their relationship with God changed (where they used to walk and talk with God, now they hid and separated themselves from God). From that day forward all of mankind would be born spiritually dead and would eventually die physically as well.

Death is the process in which a person stops living there are two types of death when you do inevitably die you will first clinically die in English your heart basically stops beating but your brains still pushing on at this part of death your brain has a huge surge of energy and you might experience memory's and other things you might have forgot so your life flashes between your eyes and then your brain finally says goodbye world and you are finally biologically dead, meaning you are never going to wake up. Then who knows what happens heaven hell reincarnation ghost rebirth or just nothing. I'm sure you will find out hopefully not anytime soon have a great life and focus on what's important instead of thinking about death there's more to life then thinking about death hope this helped in some way sianara amigo

Death is defined as end of body for lower living
beings. But man has mind - the best of all living
beings. 'A poet never dies' is a saying in India. Even
if a little of what a deep thinker or philosopher
thought and wrote survives, it amounts to mean that he
is not dead. He lives in the hearts of those who
continue to use his ideas.

The cause of physical death is due to loss of Prana.
Many western scientists tried to locate the seat of
Prana (life, vitality) in the body. Some proposed the
heart to be the seat of Life. Just because the heart
stopped beating, you can not say that the person is
dead. There are many cases in medical history that
people revived to life after some hours of stopping of
the heart. Some medical experts theorised that a body
will not revive after it's brain ceases to emit the
electrical signals. Even this theory could not stand
the test of truth. Modern medicine knows that the first
organ to decompose in a dead body is the private organ.
There is not single case in the medical history that a
person revived after the private organ started
decomposing. Chandogya Upanisad says (VI.5.4):
" Water when drunk becomes three fold; it's coarsest
portion becomes the urine; it's middle portion the
blood, and it's subtlest portion Prana."
The definition of Prana is 'that which continues or
sustains life'. It is the same organ which 'creates'
life. Many philosophical texts say 'water is life'!
The major content of our body is water.
Maharshis of the yore have put a cryptic meaning in the
word Prana - it was derived from the Sanskrit word
'Neeram' (water) by reading it in the reverse
direction. (Consonants P and M are equivalent because
they are labials). We know that the reproductive organ
is the controller of water processing.

The ending of all functions of life, hence, the opposite of life. (De 30:15, 19) For humans and animals the Bible shows the vital function of the blood in maintaining life, stating that “the soul of the flesh is in the blood.” (Le 17:11, 14; Ge 4:8-11; 9:3, 4) Both humans and animals are spoken of as ‘expiring,’ that is, ‘breathing out’ the breath of life (Heb., nish·math′ chai·yim′). (Ge 7:21, 22; compare Ge 2:7.) And the Scriptures show that death in humans and animals follows the loss of the spirit (active force) of life (Heb., ru′ach chai·yim′).—Ge 6:17, 7:15, 22; Ec 3:19.
From the Biblical viewpoint, what is death?
It is of interest to note the similarity of these Biblical points with what is known scientifically of the death process. In humans, for example, when the heart stops beating, the blood ceases to circulate nourishment and oxygen (obtained by breathing) to the billions of body cells. However, The World Book Encyclopedia (1987, Vol. 5, p. 52b) pointed out: “A person whose heart and lungs stop working may be considered clinically dead, but somatic death may not yet have occurred. The individual cells of the body continue to live for several minutes. The person may be revived if the heart and lungs start working again and give the cells the oxygen they need. After about three minutes, the brain cells—which are most sensitive to a lack of oxygen—begin to die. The person is soon dead beyond any possibility of revival. Gradually, other cells of the body also die. The last ones to perish are the bone, hair, and skin cells, which may continue to grow for several hours.” Thus while the vital importance of breathing and of the blood in maintaining the active life-force (ru′ach chai·yim′) in the body cells is evident, at the same time it is also clear that it is not the cessation of breathing or of heartbeat alone but the disappearance of the life-force or spirit from the body cells that brings death as referred to in the Scriptures.—Ps 104:29; 146:4; Ec 8:8.

I just had a dear, dear friend die last night very unexpectedly of a massive heart attack, he was only 62 years old! As I watched them take him away with him now widowed wife and 2 grown daughters this question has drilled a hole in my heart!!!! Death is not a natural occurrence that God intended any of us to ever experience!!! He lovingly and ingeniously created man in His image with the attributes to have love, have wisdom, have power, and display a sense of justice. (Genesis 1:26) He also creased them to live, not for just a few sparse years, but made them to live forever, in fact, scientists have proven that every 7 years the human body has the ability to regenerate itself, so the question remains, Why do we die and what is death. We die because one man Adam bright sin and death into the world, and death through sin so death spread like gangrene to all mankind because we were all born into sin says the Apostle Paul at Romans 5:12 in the Bible. So death spread it says. The cessation or ceasing of life. Such a great discussion if you go to the word "Death" on the jw.org under the topic "Death" in the Insight into the Scriptures Book,
You will find a wonderful explaination, "From the Biblical viewpoint, what is death?" "Cause of Death in Humans." "Condition of Human Dead." And so on. I hope you get a chance to look that ifo up! Very enlightening!!!

Death is a condition of non being. Death is neither intrinsically good or bad. it just is. But we have difficulty with it to the extent that we think too highly of ourselves. it is only when we delude ourselves into thinking that the world can't possibly get along without us, that we see our own death as a tragedy rather than as a predictable and orderly event.

Death is described to be as if the person is sleeping. They know nothing at all. Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10. The Bible gives us hope however. The Bible brings out the example of Lazarus who had been dead for 4 days before being reserected. He did not say that he was in heaven or in a burning hell. He brings out that he was simply asleep, knowing nothing at all! This one example really gives us hope however on what we have to look forward to in the reserection of the righteous and unrighteous. Acts 24:15 If you have anymore question please visit JW.org to find the most accurate information on life's biggest questions.
