I have all th seasons and it seems to get a little worse each year. It is totally different if I put in season 1 DVD then season 8 but Kyle is almost the excat same and Stan changed a little. A lot of other people did not really changed. Is he still voice by Trey Parker?

It's just Trey Parker has gotten comfortable with the voice.
Check out The Simpsons, most of their voices have changed since the first season, especially Homer. Family Guy is another good example, listen to Chris and Lois in the first season compared to now.
