why does iexplore keep pooping up everytime i browse the internet explorer?

everytime i would attempt to open a site, the iexplore would come-up and it also says perform illegal operation

try reinstaling internet explorer! could be files be bad! or possably a virus! go to housecall.trendmicro.com and scan for viruses!
